I’m Bacn. I spent almost 12 years in the Unites States Marine Corps. I started as a radio operator and did two combat tours to Iraq and one tour with the Navy (MEU) (non-combat). I’m currently a law enforcement officer and have been since 2017. Between military and law enforcement I have seen my fair share of traumatic incidents. I share my experiences to cope and help others. We play a lot of Call of Duty. Playing video games for me takes me into a world where everything goes away and I can relax and hang out with my friends. We create memories and have a really good time. Mental Health is a really big deal to me. I have lost more friends and family to suicide then I have to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. That’s just me personally. This hits close to home for me and if I can help one person a day out I’m making a change for someone. One person a day is my goal. With this platform I can reach more people and try to help more people.

I saw three things at the end of every stream be kind, pay it forward, and stay humble. I say that because you never know the battle at person is fighting on the inside. My goal is to let someone know that someone is here to listen if they need someone.
