This is a photo of Davonte's dog, Yansky.
A few months ago, Yansky originally belonged to Davonte’s mom’s best friend. After her home was damaged by a flood, she planned to give him to the SPCA. But Davonte stepped in and took Yansky in as his own.
Since then, Yansky has been Davonte’s right-hand man and loyal companion.
He’s a Miniature Australian Shepherd, also known as a Miniature American Shepherd.
