Our lights go on at 8:30am central unless it's daylights savings time, then 9:30. We don't adjust the lights to our time, beardies don't follow DST.
We put in the bugs and fresh salad before he leaves for work at 8:30 am.
The Rest of the day it's chilling out, getting some rays, eating bugs and salad.
When I get home from work at either 5 or 6, we put in a fresh salad. Every other day at this time, it's worm treats!
Then it's hang out til our lights go off at 8:30pm (9:30 dst)

A: Duhh, My name is Mina...I'm a GIRL!!
Q: What food do you eat?
A: My favorite is Dubia roaches, they are crunchy and have lots of calcium and vitamins that make me strong. I also LOVE salad. My favorites are collard greens and turnip greens....I really like it when they mix in some cilantro or parsley...the carrot topper is pretty dang good too. My most favorite treat is mealworms...I'll eat as many as you will give me, and I will give you "the look" if you stop.
