Steps to claim your reload
1 Log in to Stake.com.
2 Click your profile icon (top right).
3 Open VIP.
4 Go to the Rewards / Reload section.
5 If a reload is active, you’ll see a “Claim Reload” button — click it.
Important things to know
• Reloads are usually available once every 24 hours during the active period.
• They normally unlock once you reach Platinum VIP level or through certain promos.
