My name is Amanda, I'm a 30 yr old from Sweden that lives together with my husband and our little dog Alice.

I took my bachelor's degree in Health promotion 2019 and been loving my work since. I am currently on a break from studying my masters degree in health promotion since I chose to accept a job as a teacher. I now create courses in content creation and health instead.. and ofc, still work as a content creator myself!

For me it is important that my viewers feel comfortable and seen so it is my pleasure to make sure that will happen! I deliver wholesome content that hopefully will make you feel good afterwards. So grab a snack, get comfy and lets go on this adventure together!
