A little about me, currently 33 years old writing this bio. I served 7 years in the British army as a infantry soldier and completed a tour of Afghanistan 2011/2012. The military was some of the best times of my life until injury stopped my career dead in its tracks. Once I left the military I got into a new career and a new job and decided to dip my toe into content creation. To help raise awareness for veterans mental health.
