A: POTS stands for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome! It’s a condition that messes with my heart and blood pressure, especially when I stand up. It can make me dizzy, tired, and hurt really bad sometimes so I may need to lie down suddenly. I stream around my spoons and take breaks when needed. 💕

A: Some days I’m low-energy or foggy-brained, so streams might be shorter or more laid-back. I’ll always let you know what to expect. Comfort and pacing are key here—this is a no pressure, fluff-safe zone.
