Just a guy who has a passion for fitness mainly anything that involves lifting weights but will do any type of sport/fitness activity.
Fitness things I've done;
- 2 years of Judo
- 9 years of Taekwondo
- 2/3 years of Boxing
- 10 years of training with weights (mix of Bodybuilding and Strength training)
- Done a 15km Tough Mudder
- Currently trying my hand at powerlifting (1 Bronze )
