Master Sergeant Kaii is a veteran of the Philippine Joint Strike Force’s Cavalry Scout element, feared across the archipelago as one of its deadliest operators. With 1,402 confirmed kills, 147 recorded combat deaths, and a service history buried beneath classified operations, Kaii has become less soldier and more battlefield legend. Armed with his signature MK 11 Mod 0 for long-range elimination and an M4 Block II for close-quarters combat, he operates with cold precision in environments where most men wouldn’t survive a single deployment. Among allied forces, he’s respected with uneasy silence. Among enemies, he’s known simply as the ghost who keeps coming back.

The Outriders, formally designated as the Cavalry Scout element of the Philippine Joint Strike Force, serve as the unit’s forward reconnaissance and deep-strike specialists. Operating far ahead of conventional forces, they are tasked with force reconnaissance, target acquisition, route clearance, and hunter-killer operations in hostile territory where support is often hours—or days—away. Trained to survive and fight in dense jungle, urban warzones, coastal environments, and mountainous terrain, Outriders are chosen for their endurance, precision, and ability to operate independently under extreme pressure. Within the PJSF, they are often the first boots on the ground and the last shadows an enemy ever sees.
