Truck drivers are among the most generous group of people in the nation. Never ones to let their fellow drivers down, they have always been willing to provide a hand up to those in need. The St. Christopher Fund's Lighten the Load campaign is a way for drivers to continue supporting one another. Donations made to the campaign are specifically for driver's rent/mortgage, utilities, vehicle payments, and insurance payments while they are out of work suffering from an illness or injury.
