I joined the US Army spent 6 years as a Combat Engineer with one deployment. I traded rucksacks for barbells, but I still bring that “do better” energy into everything I do.
I was previously an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Physique & Bodybuilding Coach, so feel free to ask me fitness related questions!
