No, it’s not — because too many people have the wrong mindset.
A lot of players only want to join when a city is already populated, but if everyone thinks that way, no community will ever grow.

And remember, Discord member count means nothing.
I’ve seen servers with 11k+ members and an empty city.

Interested in EMS RP or PD RP? Those departments are still open and looking for dedicated players.

Personally, I’d rather have 50 genuine roleplayers than 250 toxic players.
We all know how chaotic that can get.

Real gang RP absolutely exists, but there’s a big difference between constantly baiting cops or gangs just for shootouts, and actually creating meaningful RP with storylines, background development, and real progression.

At the end of the day, everyone’s roleplay style is different.
