My name is Alex / olten and I'm a Fitness and Health streamer. I am 22 years of age and in my final year of university, studying Economics & IT.

I've been working out for the past 4 years after being really unhealthy and I started streaming my workouts to hopefully inspire at least 1 person to make a change in their life that they will never regret. I hope you enjoy the streams :D
