Thoughts on the State of Gaming
I have been playing games since about 1984. I was raised playing arcade games like the original Mario with Donkey Kong, Double Dragon, Kung Fu Master, and more. I received my first Nintendo shortly after it was released and haven't look back since.
The technology we have today is something I would never have seen coming back when I was a child, sitting in front of my TV playing Mike Tyson's Super Punch Out.
We went from playing side scrollers like Super Mario Bros, adventure games like The Legend of Zelda, and racing games like RC Pro-Am, to countless shooters that are all copies of each other. Then we expect these companies to come out with something new and exciting.
In reality, we need to branch out and play different games even though these shooters give us enjoyment. This keeps the industry fresh and will bring more diverse viewers to our channels. I will be streaming various games listed in the "Games Played Recently" section to gain these followers.
